Woodward

There is a change coming to the Law household. We are moving! After living in the same house for ten years (a record), we will be putting the house on the market, packing up our stuff, our dogs, turtles, fish, and the children and moving to Woodward, Oklahoma. For those of you who do not know where Woodward is, it is 2 1/2 hours northwest of Oklahoma City. Woodward has about 11,000 people, so it is a smaller town. Why, you ask? Because Allen is working at Woodward hospital. He seems to like it so far, and we are intending to stay there a while. It has all the important things that we require: a job, a LCMS church, lots of parks, opportunities for the girls and good schools. We are all sad to leave our friends and family that live here, but we all think it will be a good thing for our family. It will happen sometime during the summer after school is out. We've gone up and looked around, checked out schools and even looked at a few houses. We've picked one out, but we haven't put a bid on it yet. Hopefully we'll be able to do that soon. In the meantime, here are some pictures of our trip up there during Spring Break.

Here we are!

Hello. My friend Link and I are the newest additions to the Law household. We came to live with them around Christmas. By the way, my name is Cuff. Our people think we are pretty cool. They made us this neat-o log house to bask and swim through. We think it's awesome! We can swim between the pillars, lay on top to get a little sun, and we can swim right through it. That's my favorite thing to do. Then Link can't nip at me as easy. He gets a little feisty sometimes. What we really like to do besides swim and bask is eat! Every time one of our people comes close, we follow them back and forth and splash around until they feed us. Sometimes it works, others, not so much. Being a turtle is good.
